RESTAURANT

The penthouse located in one of the most vivid parts of Tirana,was to become a comfortable home for the young owner,meeting all of his needs while transforming itself in to welcoming space for guests and evening gatherings.As such dynamic lifestyle for which it was designed is reflected in the spatial organization and the general architectural language manifested through out both floors of the penthouse.The living area and the bedrooms are situated in the lower floor ,while on the second floor which opens up to terrace ,there is a lounge area organized around a prolonged pool,which divides the outdoor lounge in two seperate zones.The space indoor is divided between the office,gym and SPA.While simultaneously satisfying the clients request for a luxurious lifestyle and minimal aproach we tried to maintain a modern and minimal aproach to the design element and furniture chosen for this project.
