PENTHOUSE 21ST

The project on this Penthouse allowed us to compose the spaces from the ground up, confined only by the structural grid and the outer contour. We chose the most favourable, available orientations for the bedrooms and living area. The service spaces and bedrooms area divided by a longitudinal hallway which also con nects the entrance to the living area on the western side. Emphasis was put on the functional layout, and a clean geometrical organi sation of the spaces.
The built-in furniture and service areas are recessed thus keeping the spaces clear and unhindered.
