PENTHOUSE A.M.

The penthouse located in one of the most vivid parts of Tirana,was to become a comfortable home for the young owner,meeting all of his needs while transforming itself in to welcoming space for guests and evening gatherings.As such dynamic lifestyle for which it was designed is reflected in the spatial organization and the general architectural language manifested throughout both floors of the penthouse.The living area and the bedrooms are situated in the lower floor ,while on the second floor which opens up to terrace ,there is a lounge area organized around a prolonged pool,which divides the outdoor lounge in two seperate zones.The space indoor is divided between the office,gym and SPA.While simultaneously satisfying the clients request for a luxurious lifestyle and minimal aproach we tried to maintain a modern and minimal aproach to the design element and furniture chosen for this project.

The lower floor of the penthouse is organized in open space arrangement of the living area ,dining area and the kitchen.The entrance is located adjacent to the staircase ,which connects this floor to the terrace.The master bedroom takes also a big portion of the floor,and while descreet in its separation keeps a visual communication with the living area via the enclosed terrarium.
The main goal of the interior design here was to keep the atmosphere airy and the space perception abundant ,while managing the low ceiling height available.Thus the architectural elements and furnishings are kept minimal and mostly out of the sight so the owner can concentrate on the 270 degree view of the city below and the adjacent park.
