GUESTHOUSE G.C.

The client requested us to design a small guesthouse as an extension to a larger existing villa in the suburbs of Tirana. This was part of a larger land- scaping design for a plot of land that the client acquired and addded to the existing site around the villa. As such we had to find an appropriate place for the guest house, which could function indipendently from the main villa. With a separate entrance and the relevant service areas included atop the living room, bedroom and a small gym. We seeked to kep the exterior volume un- obtrusive and in harmony whith the architecture of the main building. Offering an expansive view in to the garden while simultanously keeping the privacy of the guests uncompromised..
